So what's the best source (cheapest reliable) for some decent 124gr +p JHP in 9mm?

The most powerful 9mm ammo is made by doubletap. It is hotter than even cor bon is.

Their 124gr load uses the awesome bonded core Gold Dot JHP too. Really, really good load.
