Free Radicals
Ever notice that occasionally, a user breaks free from the tech forums, behaves erratically on the OT forums, and then is banned in a glorious reaction?
Sometimes this plays out over months, sometimes weeks, and very rarely over a few days.

I just fired a warning shot.
He kinda reminds me of a new guy at work -- was in our company about a week before he started telling everyone how things are supposed to get done, and what he expects from everyone. Note that he wasn't a manager - just another worker bee like the rest of us. It is always better to get the lay of the land before opening your mouth too much... As for free radicals -- anti-oxidants work well against. -Z-man.

Free Radicals...better than jailed ones.
You need free radicals to get reactions going in a certain direction, heck without free radicals life wouldn't have happened!
