One of the (many) things I love about NM. Plenty of old pick-em-ups with zero rust.

Nice. Looks straight on this side!
My recommendation? Paint the wheels and get some dog bowl hubcaps. Leave the rest alone.

(Is that rainwater on the driveway?)

Cool truck!

The first truck I owned was a '52 GMC 3100, which is essentially the same as yours. I traded a Datsun 1600 for it and some cash. It was my daily driver back in the mid '70's, but then, I guess it was only 20-some years old back then. yikes...

Keep your eyes open for an Offenhauser 3x1 carb intake. I have one on my straight 6 Mustang and it really livens up the engine!

Mine was named "Hazel". It's the only vehicle I've ever owned with a name.

I found one of those complete set ups, the guy would only trade, said he didn't want to sell, but really wanted some of my Juke box stuff. So after not hearing back, I call & he says he sold all the Offy stuff Mine had a 235 out of a 53 in it, I still have some of the 216 stuff..

SWEEEET. My FIL has a 55ish 3100 with a stake bed. It runs like a sewing machine. I have borrowed it on occasion. Really a sweet ride.
