3phase power, comfortable seating area, AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT, Good lighting, Cable TV, Internet and dancing girls!

:D And I call on the beer fridge and raise you a microwave , a blender, and a ice machine

And a full wash bay for the cars. Waterproof walls and a floor drain so you can wash a car inside.

sound system that can be heard over the CNC

Yep. I have a bathroom in my garage. It was THE selling point for me when we were looking for houses. I found the bathroom and assumed that the house had a kitchen & bedroom attached. I was sold.

Paint booth. I have a urinal, it's called "outside."

Bathroom needs a shower. You never know when you may need it.

More beer.

overhead crane. Who needs an engine hoist when you've got a 2ton gantry crane overhead?

You need a few pull-out sofa sleepers. Someplace for us to sleep when we get thrown out of our house cause we spend too much time at your place.

Perhaps an underground work area like those oil change places have....drive the car over...walk below it and tinker without lifting.
