Build me a Dream workshop
If you had the money to build a nice workshop, how will you spend the cash ? Here is my list

Beer fridge and comfortable chair to sleep in when the lady of the house gets into one of her moods.

A full bathroom!

3phase power, comfortable seating area, AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT, Good lighting, Cable TV, Internet and dancing girls!

media blaster/cabinet
recliner urinal, yes just mounted to a random wall in addition to a full restroom with shower :D And I call on the beer fridge and raise you a microwave , a blender, and a ice machine |
And a full wash bay for the cars. Waterproof walls and a floor drain so you can wash a car inside.

shop heater that runs on used motor oil, sound system that can be heard over the CNC |

overhead crane. Who needs an engine hoist when you've got a 2ton gantry crane overhead?

You need a few pull-out sofa sleepers. Someplace for us to sleep when we get thrown out of our house cause we spend too much time at your place.

Perhaps an underground work area like those oil change places have....drive the car over...walk below it and tinker without lifting.
