recliner urinal, yes just mounted to a random wall in addition to a full restroom with shower And I call on the beer fridge and raise you a microwave , a blender, and a ice machine

And a full wash bay for the cars. Waterproof walls and a floor drain so you can wash a car inside.

You need a few pull-out sofa sleepers. Someplace for us to sleep when we get thrown out of our house cause we spend too much time at your place.
