Put some old 911 motor oil in a small glass bottle, must be glass, and put it in your hip pocket. Just as good a placebo as that piten thing. Oh and if you put a Pelican sticker on it, it will help you loose weight and attract women.

Placebo effect seems to be a big point ... I bought another when my first one broke after 4 years of daily wearing ...

Cheaper alternative is getting rubs from your kids / grandchildren ... seems to trigger something.
