Sucks. We bought 3, used them for a few years. Wife & I and kids complained about back problems but didn't relate them to mattress at first, because I always had intermittent back problems. Then spent a few weeks in Florida, on a firm conventional mattress, and back issues were much better.

IMHO overpriced over advertised. Like the 'Bose Speakers' of beds.

Get a good firm mattress, without pillowtop.

We've had our select comfort queen for ~12 years. Very comfortable with no pressure points. I like it firm and she has it soft. Only complaint is that we cheaped and got the polyester pillow top (does not breath well & hot in the summer) rather than going for the natural material. Cotton I think. Next mattress will be a sleep number king and have the queen for guests.

Thanks for the feedback. We pulled the trigger and went with the sleep number.

Now while we're waiting for it to be delivered our current bed feels more uncomfortable than ever!

I have 4 King Size ones...we really like them and have had no problems. They are much easier to move as they come apart into small enough pieces that a single person can easily carry...even for a King size.
