It may not be a surprise anymore when a fan hops the fence at a baseball game and rushes the field. But on Monday night a crowd of more than 40,000 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia witnessed a first - a fan subdued with a Taser after rushing the field.

The guy ran around for quite awhile, and juked the people chasing him a few times before they 'shot' him...

I'll bet that's the last time he does that. Good for the LEO.
These days you never know when someone does something like this, he could have a weapon and intend to do harm to innocent bystanders. I'm sure he'll be fine but the ACLU will be contacting him for further assistance. |

On the one hand, it's fun to watch idiots get tazed.
On the other, it's fun to watch cops chase guys around....tazers are too much like cheating. Now they can eat all the donuts they want as long as the badguy stays in tazer range.
