Best ad video ever. Seatbelts

I'm sure many of you have seen this already, but for the benefit of those who have not... This seriously made me tear up even after watching it 5 times in one day.

I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a seat belt. That's why I always wear one.

Seatbelts are bad luck. I don't like to bet against myself.

Before we were married, I took my wife (then-girlfriend) for a spirited drive in my SE-R. Afterwards she commented that she had never needed seat belts to keep her seated in a car while it was being driven. So even if you're the most brilliant, crash-proof driver in the world*, you'll at least need the seat belts to keep you from logging frequent flier miles inside the cabin of your car.

* And I'm NOT saying that I am.

I saw a documentary about seat belts once. Seems like at anything over 12 mph, you can't 'hold yourself back' and will do the whole arms thrown forward, head snaps back, over extension at the pelvis thing.

I always, always wear a seat belt. But start looking at other drivers, and you'll be surprised at how many of them don't buckle up. Idiots!

The things I do in the care have little to do with what the law is, much to do with common sense, which is not very aptly named, BTW.

Wear a seatbelt, refrain from talking on the phone, being drunk or distractd behind the wheel. Speed limits are more guidelines than hard and fast rules.

There was another thread where I couldn't see them

I wear seatbelts always, feel necked without them.

Beautifully done video. Can someone tell me how to save the video to my computer? I would like to use it for training purposes. It's the same message I always teach, but done from a very different and I feel a very effective, direction.

my unit lost 1 member in the sandbox..
during a brownout crash..all except him were buckled..

responded to a C-130 crash (on big fireball really )
all but the IP Instructor and load-master died..
both were thrown clear..
