How hot is his wife and do they have a pool?
You may need to add a 2nd story to your house. |

Thank you PPOT! Wuss name calling not withstanding. This discussion has got me thinking -- why do I care? I guess it just boils down to I'm a grumpy old coot and don't like people changing my environment unless it's my idea. Anyway I've decided I don't really care. I'm not going to contribute any cash, but who am I to stand in his way?
And for those of you wondering, there is no hot wife. Or any wife for that matter. The guy is gay. So move along nothing to see here except maybe my gigantic new fence. |
there you go. He needs privacy. Give him his privacy and you get free fense.

I don't know your Denver fence ordinance, but here in Tenn., If a neighbor puts a fence on the property line, it is becomes "our fence". Most here,( I'm in a rural area,) put their fences back from the line about 8" to keep others from tying their fence on it.

I'd let him put up his fence. All part of live and let live.
Just two things: - If there's something you want to do that would need approval (non-conforming addition, etc), get his support now or his promise to support. - Make sure your side of the fence is attractive. What that means, depends on climate and taste - plants climbing on lattice, paint, whatever. The stalag look gets old. |
