GH85Carrera 04-21-2010 04:31 AM

I taught him how to do that

sc_rufctr 04-21-2010 04:41 AM

Even after seeing it it's hard to believe a man could be this strong.
Absolutley amazing. I'd want him on my side...

Thanks for posting.

He doesn't look that tall. Maybe 5 foot 6???

widgeon13 04-21-2010 06:17 AM

Where is he incarcerated??

gr8fl4porsche 04-21-2010 06:55 AM

Looks like the South Side of Chicago

Burnin' oil 04-21-2010 09:02 AM

That dude could be a world-class gymnast - unreal.

TechnoViking 04-21-2010 09:29 AM

Very impressive. I wish I could do some of that, but I'm pretty sure there are zero 6'2" skinny white dudes that can.

m21sniper 04-21-2010 09:40 AM

That's the proverbial dude you don't want to run into in a dark alley.

Ever.

HunterVonWurst 04-21-2010 07:43 PM

Dude's got Kung Fu Grip! (So do I...except I didn't get mine from working out).

M.D. Holloway 04-21-2010 07:44 PM

Very strong, very impressive.

stomachmonkey 04-21-2010 07:58 PM

To bad he was not found earlier and turned into a gymnast. He'd do well at rings.

m21sniper 04-21-2010 08:40 PM

I suspect he probably is a gymnast from school. might've had an injury, or some other passion.

Gogar 04-21-2010 08:52 PM

That's some incredible skill and a lot of hard work, and

I hope he doesn't get shot by some fat teenager with something to prove.

Geronimo '74 04-21-2010 09:00 PM

I'm kinda fit too (nothing like this guy though), tried to hang horizontally yesterday.

Not even close.......

and yours is just the right hand

A big, tall guy would have a much harder time doing that, there is a reason gymnasts are short, and it is not just because of premature growth plate closure.

I knew a gymnast guy who was about 5'2" who could pull off moves like that, could hold onto a vertical pole, and hold his body straight out, perpindicular to the pole like he was standing on his head.

Watch this clip at about the 25 second mark. The Vidmar V or press to handstand. It is impossible to do for normal humans :)

Just lay on you back, sit up push down with your hands and raise you legs straight up. Yea right.

It is amazing what training and youth can accomplish.

Dueller 04-22-2010 06:04 AM

Chuck Norris can do that without using the bars.:D

Burnin' oil 04-22-2010 07:21 AM

The Vidmar V- pppffttt. Just last night, I got up from my Lazy Boy using JUST ONE HAND, and I had a half full bottle of beer in the other. It's all about training and practice.
