 Just lay on you back, sit up push down with your hands and raise you legs straight up. Yea right. It is amazing what training and youth can accomplish.

The Vidmar V- pppffttt. Just last night, I got up from my Lazy Boy using JUST ONE HAND, and I had a half full bottle of beer in the other. It's all about training and practice.
