Importing Wheels - HS7 Customs Form
I am shipping some alloy wheels from England via Fedex.
FedEx called and said I need to complete an HS7 Form since the "wheels" are part of Federally regulated safety equipment... http://www.nhtsa.gov/cars/rules/import/hs799short.pdf I am getting conflicting information. Can I just say that this is for a vehicle that will be used for racing? Off-road? Nothing is ever easy.

tell them it's for the 914 that way it fits their 1) box and you should have no problems being that it's 25 yrs or more older.
