Anyone going to CA World?
Still a ways out, but curious if anyone is going to CA World this year in Vegas? I'll be there from the 14th - 20th at the Luxor Towers. Should have a night or two free to meet up w/ fellow Pelicans.

Not a CA person, but our company has a number of their products. I'm going for their Clarity PPM tool.
Chris & Jordi - let's see if we can find a time to meet up. I'll be there on Friday. late afternoon and should be free that night. I'm sure we can find another night or two to meet up.

Sunday and Wednesday nights will be the most free for me, or after the programs on Monday and Tuesday nights.

I'm there primarily for a product called Aion, but will be sitting in on some other mainframe and some DB2-related sessions as well.
Don't forget that there are dinners on Monday and Tuesday nights with entertainment. Last time I went (2007), there was a "networking" night at Ghost Bar on the Sunday before the conference as well.

Chris - sounds like a great idea. I'm wide open every night, unless there's some CA event going on. I haven't taken a look at the schedule yet, but I think most seminars wrap up by 5 - 5:30.

I had heard of them as well, but didn't know any of their songs. Had to look them up and listen to a few of their songs. Not really my cup of tea, but may go just to say "been there, done that."
I'm actually looking forward to James Cameron's speech. I haven't seen Avatar, so hopefully they'll still let me in. Chris - I'll PM you with my contact info.

Finally able to get online!
Had dinner with myamoto on Sunday. Cool guy! I'm thinking of skipping the Marroon 5 thing tonight as there is a function tomorrow night I can't miss. Jordi, Josh, tabs, would you be available tonight for dinner? Sorry for the short notice. I haven't been able to get online and Wednesday night thing just came up late last night.
