One good reason I love my Porsche

Simple point... I believe Porsches are capable cars so that below accident does not occur... It this is a bad analogy then please ignore, delete this posting.. (wish I can do that). Maybe the title should have been 'why I prefer Porsche over other classic cars'. Jeez.

What? I can't understand your point? You love your Porsche BECAUSE you do exercise good judgment? What does that have to do with the poor guy who wrecked his Mustang? The fact that he might have been drinking?

I must be missing something here.

Simple... Porsche over Mustang... without drinking... I don't think he was confirmed drunk yet... If I wasn't clear then please ignore the post.

Cheers!

I think the point being made here is that a Porsche handles way better than some old piece of American iron. Which is why I only drive German made cars.

Oh jeez. Here on the Main Line(Philly Burbs), there would be news vans, helicopters, nuns saying the rosary, etc....

The stang probably has as much under steer as an old 911 has over steer when you've had a few drinks and its a bit wet out in either car

Since the OP has now edited his original post so you can't even see what he originally wrote.... which made no sense to me. Now you can't even understand what all of us were commenting on. Weirder.

So he was slamming a guy in an old Mustang who put his car in a ditch and may, may have been consuming alcohol. How that ever translates to "One good reason I love my Porsche" is beyond comprehension. Anyone can put a car it a ditch even P drivers.

I have seen a couple of P cars in the ditches around here.......no matter the brand I am always astounded that people who don't know the roads will dive into a turn they have never been around before at a speed that gives you no "wiggle room".

Happens all the time on our mountain roads.

Hey folks! Sorry to be misunderstood. Point is 'Porsche is better' and thanks to all who got it though I realized my example was bad. And I think title should have been why I prefer Porsche if I did have a better example. Sorry I pulled the trigger too fast (done during work hours). Thanks for all comments and your time wasted by my thread.

When I drive a 911, I am often reminded by the car that it demands respect. Same as a powerful Mustang in that regard.

Please don't drink and drive.
