how to share a file without emailing it back and forth?
So my ex wife and I share a Word document that is a calendar for managing our parenting schedule.
We've had a couple of instances where we've been confused (OK, she's been confused) about which revision of the doc we're on. I've tried putting the date in the file name but, invariably, she'll print out an older version and get it wrong. So the question is, how can I set up a "common drive" like the ones we use at work, or some similar web-based resource that we can use to share a file? I'd like to have one version of the calendar that exists and she and I could have the ability to edit. Grandparents could look and see what the schedule is, and it would always be current. Any ideas?

I've recently been turned onto Media Fire (mediafire.com). Sent my 1K page 911 manual no problem.

The wife and I use - is there an echo in here? - Google Calendar.
You make an entry into the calendar and email it to the other person. Their calendar is automatically updated. Works great since it is web-based and can be viewed from any computer or smart phone.
