Keep off the brakes during touchdown!

WWII biplane flips during landing - CNN.com

I saw this video and thought back to when I had less than 90 hours and blew a tire on a Cessna 172. It was pretty embarrassing, I could only imagine what this guy is feeling.

On the brakes doing a wheel landing, not so good if that's what happened? Maybe a problem with that wheel? another reason I like the grass!

Both wheel locked up but it looked like the left wheel was locked a little bit longer.

It could have been a lot worse. Glad no one was hurt.
