I love flirting with women. I do. I admit it. It has been my experience that Black women (African American) are best at it - they are really fun to flirt with. They always and I mean always laugh, never have an attitude and are just plain frisky and sometimes raunchy. You can't say that for most other women of non-color.

Forgive me for my racial profiling but it has also been my experience that the more outlandishly made-up and dressed and heavy the black women is the funner she is to talk to.

I don't particularly find Black women any more or less attractive than Anglo, Latin or Asian but they do sure know how to flirt.

I do! 1.2billion in sales - and the ladies of color here are great! Its the Anglos ya gotta watch out for. Sure they all look nice and smell sweet but they can't hold a candle to the salty talent of 'da sista's'.

Just be careful. What you perceive as innocent flirtation can be very dangerous. I'm in management with a company of similar size, and have seen too many people walked to the door scratching their heads over the reason. A 22 year guy just yesterday...and his wife also works for the company.

Show me the door anytime if jivin' with an AA woman is that inappropriate. No words with any sexual connotations and one should be allowed to and be safe to engage a female in small talk that may even lead to a smile and a little lean forward, if you know what I mean.

And if a handshake and a, "I'll see you next time," is gonna get me in trouble, I quit before you can fire me.

Of course I don't work for a large company, never did and never will. That's got to be the worst thing a man can do with his life to be controlled by some wuss-ass policy from the freakin' law dept.
