What are you Fathers doing today?

Taking a walk around the lake, then giving the daughter and wife a brush up lesson on my firearms (its been a while since they shot) then off to the range with the Seacamp 32
The 357 Magnum Colt revlover and the Glock 17 9MM.

Then out to lunch, a little Nascar Road racing.

Dinner Chicken Marbella and potatoes and some Brunello di Montacino.

The kids, both Apple acolytes, got their dear old Dad an IPOD...the force is strong from the dark side

It will come in handy when I drive the 356 home!

This how I spent my Father's Day morning, my son and I dropped the engine on my 67 soft window Targa. I couldn't have asked for a better morning than to spend it with him.

Sorry he's gone Byron. Hold on to the memories.

I got an I-pod from the family as well, now just need to load it up and figure out how it works.

Hooters hot wings, and cold beer for dinner.

I also got the best Father's Day present last Monday: I had to travel to California and leave 190 bales of hay in the field. My fifteen year-old son said, "I got it...I'll call a few of my friends and get it done after school."

By late Monday afternoon all 190 bales were stacked in the barn, out of the rain, which fell Tuesday.

That's Jack.

Will do! You too.... I got out the 930 for a little while today. I forget how fast that thing is when I don't drive it much.

Glad you were able to get the 930 out and enjoy the day. Yes, she is a beast!!

Had a great day with the family. My in-laws came over for lunch and then the kids and I played in the pool.

I spent Saturday replacing the rear calipers, rotors and pads then flushing and bleeding the brake system on the Mazduh. I went over it again with polish and wax last night after the family went to bed.

With the 911 gone for a couple of weeks the "sportvagen" gets to stay inside.

Got a hammock from my daughter, son and I planted two Sunburst Honey Locust and one Crimson King Norway maple, brats on the grill with love and laughter for a few hours. I love my kids, and they love me!

And well done, Paul. Be proud.

My dad was invited to bring his 1940 Ford to the Beverly Hills car show today.

I went up to be there with him.

My 2 sons were out of state, 1 in school the other with his Mom for the summer.

Both sons called. My 2 stepsons didn't bother Eldest stepsons best friend who we feed 3-4 times a month or so called me to wish me a happy fathers day!

My wife and I took my folks to Georges Greek resturant in Long Beach for dinner.

The Father of my daughter's fiance' passed away suddenly a couple of weeks ago and i said that she should spend Fathers Day withh him because it's likely be a tough one for him. So we had dinner together Friday evening and she gave me a nice collage of herself and Josh for my family gallery. My son and I spent Saturday at an all day rugby tournament called the Churchill Cup. Beer, brats and my boy!
