Jesse James is heading to Texas for good.

At a custody hearing Friday in Orange County, Calif., his attorney John Schilling confirmed that the 41-year-old biker -- who shared a home in Seal Beach, Calif., with ex Sandra Bullock -- is permanently moving to Austin in July after he finishes taping a History Channel special.

Hope he doesn't let the door hit him in the arse.

Somehow I think he keeps the West Coast Choppers in the LB. I understand he owns the block of buildings which used to be the Ellis Paint Company. Plus Cisco Burgers in the same parcel.

What's funny is he was quoted as saying at the beginning of this year that he would never leave Long Beach because he felt it was "his" town" and would support LB in every way. wtf? He didn't live in Long Beach, he lived in Sunset Beach.

He's a mental case. Heck of a metal fabricator (I've been in his shop a number of times to check out the latest handiwork on display, which is impressive) but the guy is a complete train wreck of a human being.

He has kids from various women. I think he got custody of the kids from the porn star because she was a junkie.

How long were they together? They got attached to her. Kids are not stupid, they probably wanted to go with her and let him have visitation. By no stretch of my imagination can the idea he is a good father sound reasonable. Sandra Bullock really wanted to have a kid, as in get pregnant and birth her a baby. Even went through the infertility mill, which is no joke.

If you are a kid, who do you like, the distant biker guy dad, or the woman who is genuinely interested in being a Mom.

Austin is pretty cool, though I have not been in a while.
