During surgical residency I had an female attending/professor who would dress her laparoscopic incisions with gauze cut into some girly shape, like a heart. For the male patients, I always wanted to cut the gauze into the shape of the mud flap girl. Sadly my gauze-cutting skills aren't so good, so I never followed through. She also might have crushed me like a grape if I tried something like that on one of her patients.
