Your dream purchase. What would you buy?

Just for shytes and giggles.... Lets say you had the opportunity to buy only one thing you have always wanted. Something that would normally be completely unobtainable to you. This is something you have longed for your whole life , or just recently. Money would be no object. No limit on price. You can pick it up today
(and no you cant buy a person..)
What would you buy?

Here is my pick. I have dreamed of her since I was a little kid. ( now i'm just a big kid)

MD Explorer NOTAR. I flew one at the factory (one of their test pilots is a friend of mine) and was awed.

So, obviously, that's a boat of some sort, but what sort of boat is it? What's it do, and why is that your dream purchase?

And mine would be a 40 or 50 ft sail boat.

Hmm, that's a really tough one. I'm having a hard time deciding. My interests are diverse, so picking one thing is difficult.

Some options (assuming that if I can afford to purchase these things, I can afford to own them).

How about the Biltmore estate in Asheville.

Himeji castle!

Maybe a sprawling Villa on a hill in Andalusia Spain

Hmm, Martini or Gulf colors?

Would it count as buying people if I bought Cuba and just kicked everyone else off the island?

Almost surely would be some sort of cool property. A private island, maybe.

Cars, boats, etc - they don't get me that excited.

I've been looking for a place on the water for a long time. Nothing fancy, just a little house, nice shop, small beach....

Someday

And I'd put my house right in the middle.

I think I would also like to by a large yacht, as long as it did not have the maintenance costs and slip fees along with it.
