Yes if she's hot and I have a shot. Otherwise I reserve the right to exclude vexatious people from my life. I'll do so quietly if I'm able.

I can be civil if the occasion requires but I would rather avoid somone I don't like if at all possible.

As I have matured I have discovered that grudges and hateful thinking can make you sick, literally in some cases.

I don't even try. If I don't like someone, I tell them why, and if I have to work with them I go on like it doesn't matter. I expect the same in return. I HATE people that act friendly to your face, and then talk behind your back. If you think I'm a Bastard, tell me. At least we know where we stand with each other.

If I don't respect someone, it's a completely different game all together. I let them know I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire. It takes a lot for me not to respect someone.

I'm a salesman. I am paid to like everybody. I don't but the customer's I dislike will never know it. ;)

Before I retired, I really didn't like most of the people I had to work with. I had to work with them, and I discovered an attitude toward people I don't particularly like which I developed and utilized. I looked at them more or less as inert objects and resources and to be managed as such. What they did, said, or thought had absolutely no value or impact on me. I had an absolutely neutral feeling about them and only (mostly) dealt with them when, and on a level that was advantageous to me. I was always neutral in my approach, demeanor, and treatment of them. It's sort of become a permanent part of me, and actually lowers my stress level where people are concerned. The thing that made it easy was that most of them were human fodder without any real lives or appreciation for much more than eating, sleeping and working. Hope this doesn't seem too calloused, but your own life and happiness is what's important. Those other people don't need to impact you at all.

In Australia we have a magpies, crow like birds that swoop and attack during the nesting season.
My attitude is certain people are "human magpies." Dumb animals acting instinctively: irritating and distracting at the time, but not worth wasting aggravation on.

I used to be considered a ahole in school... I didn't try to play nicely ever... Now I work in a retail pharmacy. I try really hard to always be nice to everyone. I have to try REALLY hard with some of them.... Some people are just fcking annoying and theres nothing you can do about it...


Oh and I have a really low tolerance for stupid... Doesn't help my case any.

I'm pleasant to people until they give me an excuse to realize they are a douchebag. Then, well, after that their toast.
