Mel Gibson, what a guy

The link is to a very tame recording. If you want to hear something that will make a longshoreman blush, click on the link to "SECOND recording" below the youtube screen. (The second tape should not be listened to at work or near kids, or near someone with a heart condition - OMG!) At 7 minutes in, he threatens her life. I see jail time forthcoming. What a nut job.

Aw, come-on.... he was just saying that he was going to put her in the rose garden so that she could do some gardening, not actually kill her and use her lifeless body as fertilizer! :)

He sure is a catch, and am sure that any woman in the world would love to be assaulted like he does. Really hope that someone tries to go after her for recording the conversation. At least now she has grounds for getting back at him and God knows he deserves it!

nostatic 07-12-2010 03:30 PM

we need an autotune remix

he's nuts and has substance abuse problems...that was evident a long time ago

tabs 07-12-2010 03:43 PM

The William Morris Talent Agency FIRED HIM...as in no longer will represent. Guess he is as dead as Tiger...

enzo1 07-12-2010 03:52 PM

maybe he's bipolar.... he used to be a nice guy or seemed nice, even shy , then bam: train-wreck. He needs to get with someone who'll give him a run for his money like Courtney Love

Not defending the guy, but he may have met his match in this lady. There are women out there that can push those buttons in a way that will make anyone go blow a fuse. However, sometimes they meet a guy that goes non-linear and I can't say I feel too sorry for them.

This is all speculation of course. ;)

He's a dick. Never liked him. Mr. Overactor as far as I concerned.

sammyg2 07-12-2010 04:08 PM

Gibson is a major-league douche nozzle train wreck.

Sarc 07-12-2010 04:15 PM

A couple years ago I was on the receiving end of a call exactly like that second one. You think they're joking for the first 30 or so seconds...then you realize they're completely serious. Haunting stuff.

Listened to it...WOW..she can provoke some real rage...and we all thought Alec Baldwin was psycho...on the phone to his daughter.

To quote her. All the while she is taping him...she knows how to set him up to set him of. She is one cool, calm cookie..

I apologize for nothing

You need medication your unbalanced.

Give Mel some booze and he turns into a real Mr Hyde...but something in that relationship hurt him bad enough to set him off...He used the word "Kindnesss" several times...

I guess when your rich and famous you don't know who your real friends really are.

One would hope Mel has enough of presence of mind to say I've had enough, walk away..and pay her off...

Or as I have been saying all along, What does it gain a man to gain the world only to lose his soul.

Remember Clint Easdtwood was hooked up with Sondra Locke.. Clint helped her get a deal to make several movies...direct, produce etc...when they broke up Clint fixed it so that deal went south on her. She sued the studio and won several Million...

Clint had the presence of mind to keep from turning into a Mr Hyde in public.

carambola 07-12-2010 06:21 PM

isn't California a two party state with regards to recording audio. so i can assume the state will be pressing charges against her and whoever distributed the tapes.
would that include loss of earnings?

fintstone 07-12-2010 06:39 PM

I don't see a problem with a man speaking his mind to his beotch wife in private...what I do have a problem with...is a wife taping a private conversation with her husband...and distributing it.

Having dinner at Geoffrey's in 2006 the night Mel "Mr Malibu this is my town' Gibson had his infamous run in with the police in Malibu. Word made it back to the restaurant the he was making an azz of himself down the street etc.

Evidently by that time his ego and claimed ownership of all that is Hollywood had rubbed quite a few major players the wrong way and they were already distancing themselves from him. Substance abuse, isolation and 'yes men' can really do a number on anyone in his position. According to a few guys 'in the biz' at the bar there that night felt that MG and his half azzed attempts at apologies compounded the resentment of the decision makers, evident by his last pathetic B movie released a year ago.

Its a shame such a talented guy who at one point in time could do no wrong has fallen so far. I don't see him recovering his professional career from this for quite some time, if ever. He alienated all the wrong people with his contempt.

Also, his "alleged" assault of a woman (inexcusable in any event), in addition to these taped conversations may have sealed his fate in tinsel town, and for that he's fired from any time or money coming from me supporting in his movie career.

He ought to go back to Aus, get clean, deal with his demons and become a philanthropist. Then and only then possibly come back to US (Ca needs his taxed income)!

I see your point but if she were my sister and he hit her hard enough to break a couple of her teeth I would encourage her to tape every conversation as well, assuming he survived the beating I'd give him.

you cant go calling her a slut, or beotch...name calling is really lame. some lines you cannot uncross.

he also dropped the N-bomb. class act.

M.D. Holloway 07-12-2010 07:09 PM

He has some serious mental issues which she baited. Only a women on a mission would stay on the phone that long and take that shyt. She was trying to get him to snap and he did - maybe he does it all the time and she was just trying to expose him or she is looking for more than simpatico.

Those tits didn't buy themselves....just saying.
