BBC: Most Popular Stories Now . . .
CNN & BBC etc all typically have a link on their homepage to the Most Popular Stories, What People Are Watching Now . . . whatever. Usually it is a stories or videos from that day.
Anyway, for the last month, the Condoms 'too big' for Indian men story has stayed as a link on the BBC News site. It's #3 today. ![]() For some reason, it just won't go away. The link takes you to a story that was written in 2006. But everyday, it is one of the most popular stories . . . BBC News: BBC NEWS | News Front Page Ian

That says a lot about the people that read BBC stories.
Anything negative about Indian people would be "good news" to a lot of people in the UK. There's a long history of racism and angst with the Indian/Pakistani population in the UK. Even the Police in the UK have changed their behavior in dealing with anybody from a Indian or Pakistani background. A good example of this is how the Police deal with crowd behavior at the Soccer. All bad stuff really. I believe we are all Gods children and as such we should treat each other fairly and equally. Hold hands now.... Have I made this PARF? ![]() Now back to the real world... ![]()

Good Lord, do we need to whip out the race card for everything? It doesn't matter that it is Indians, ANYONE complaining the condoms are too big is amusing, and people are going to email it around.
Did you read the link I posted explaining it? Do you think the English have some sort of bias against testicles, paperclips or the Welsh? ![]() |

Maybe I did pull out the Race card early but it's so often the motivation for what people do.
Just saying. Edit: Indians and Pakistanis are very quick to pull out the race card IMHO...

And other nitwits see the reactonary nonsense and jump on the moron bandwagon. Epic Assclowns like Sharpton and Jackson are prime examples. People who have more than 2 brain cells tune it out like one of those stupid horns at the world cup. Wait, people that play those things are predominately black, so in your mind that makes me a racist doesn't it. ![]() |

As this is one of the few stories relating to India on the BBC website (and the only one not to do with grinding poverty, the subjugation of women and terrorism)
this is only natural. As this website is free and Indians have a lower per capita income than the Ol' Blighty and many of her colonies, and a high rate of INTERNET connectivity and huge English speaking population - I would say that any article concerning the Sub-Continent would show a certain popularity. Otherwise, the population of India alone is now over 1.something billion souls and counting. Such protections seem to take a low priority.. ![]() |

Actually no... That doesn't make you racist. Just annoyed like most reasonable people watching the soccer.
