Yikes! Just realized I've been hanging out here for 10 years!?!
Yikes! Just realized that as of May I've been hanging out here for 10 years !?!
During that time I've had five different 911s through my garage. It's funny, when I look in the technical section most of the questions are being asked by names I don't recognize.

You only keep a car for two years?
Good for you, I have the same one I started with seven years ago and it's still not all sorted out.

The years for me in October. Only had 2 911's, a '72 and my present '86. Been through lots of other cars though!

I still have the same one, thankfully!

I have a feeling my current Porsche-free time will be extended. My last car turned into a street legal track car. With fixed back racing seats, 5 point harnesses, headers, etc, it didn't get used for much other than track & AX. I wish that Porsche had been selling the Cayman as long as they've been selling the Boxster.... then there'd be bunches of $10K Cayman's on the market. I'm hoping Caman sales are high enough that there is such a thing as a $10K Cayman some day. If not, there may be a 996 or 997 in my future.

I think we need a deck lid badge commemorating 10 years @ Pelican.

How about 10 years and 10,000 posts! (Suppose just for a hat trick you could add on $10,000 in Pelican purchases.)
Not there yet, me either

Don't think I'd want that on my rear deck lid.

You guys need to get a life.
=-) It started with 914s for me and I still can't just drive by one. There is one under a car cover in a public lot by the pool here where I take my boys almost daily. I have to really resist looking under that car cover...can I just get a peak at the wheels? That's all I need...
