with that 1/2 inch can you stick a pry bar in between the wheel and adapter/spacer, pry hard and hold, then try again with the impact?

Houston...we have a lug off!!!! BAIW (big azz impact wrench) did the trick. Sure enough the studs were not turning 0n splines in adapter...the nuts were cross-threaded. The adapters were installed by a PO. I figured they were cheapo chinese knockoffs but they're made in Germany by Gembala. Hub centric too. 35mm (1.38 "). Studs look like they're Porsche stock. Guess I'll punch 'em out and press in some new ones for the next owner of these adapters.
