you can rig the grill to smoke. it will do a fine job, too.

Pork is one of my favorite things that comes out of my dads smoker...

He has a Smokin' Tex.... Which is a knockoff of a Cook Shack....

Lemme tell ya boys.... Its worth the money... Damn thats some fine smoked food...

if you wrapped some Prosciutto around it, stuffed it with cheese, and then wrapped with another layer of bacon => Perfection.
