Classico Wheels - missing parts

I do have a problem and need some advice.

I was looking for a hockey puck for my 380mm steering wheel and a horn button for a Nardi wooden steering wheel, and ordered those from Classico Wheels in Florida early november 2009. They never showed up so I sent an e-mail asking for a tracking number. Got this replay:
”[i][i][u][u]we sent by Priority International Mail, it definitely could be delayd this time of year, give it a few more days and let me know, Jeffrey”
15th december: ”do you have a US address that you can use? I am very reluctant to resend by air post after this problem, Jeffrey” So I provided an address in NJ.
16th December: “thanks, I will ship tomorrow. Let me know if the first package ever shows up, Jeffrey”
19th January: “again i apologize and i will get off as quickly as possible, Jeffrey”
13th March “Oddmund, the Italians are refusing to sell small qunatities and are also charging an insane price. You are not forgotten, we are in the process of manufacturing in house and hope to have product in the next two weeks. This is of course insane but we really have no choice and will yield a better part and be a blow for freedom, thanks for your patience, Jeffey”

$418 incl shipping paid 8 months ago and still no parts – and no reply to my e-mail this August. I can manage without horn buttons and hockey pucks, and the money, and I do not like to make complaints in public - but I have to know if those parts are for sale from Classico Wheels for US customers or is Jeffrey still are looking for parts from Italy/US?
