The cops that did it should have their junk fed into a meat grinder while still attached. The cops that watched should be kicked until doctors aren't sure if their junk can be saved.
Or they could all be put on poles ala Vlad the Impaler.

Guys, you do not seem to understand... this is regular life in Russia. Being in the military is even worse.
You think you have it rough over here, try it there for a while, or in Africa and you will really appreciate being at home.

It did not state WHY he was arrested...
Like it is easy suggesting punishement for the cops, it is easy wondering why the teenager was arrested. Nobody would mind him losing his gonads if he was a childmolester. Heck losing his gonads would even be too light of a punishment...
