That's a nice cottage, but you really need some TREES. Shade trees like we have in the midwest.

Oh my goodness, that's a beautiful cottage. Please tell me it's out on Cape Cod somewhere.
Nice dogs, too.

Cape Cod is exactly what I was thinking. I'd love to be able to afford a square inch of the Cape.

Not Cape Cod, too expensive. Nice but crowded and expensive.

Yes we're in PEI (Prince Edward Island) on the North Shore looking at the back side of the Cavendish Beach sand spit. We like it too. Thanks for looking!

Are the dogs minis? They look small in the pics.
Nice cottage, but I like the dogs best. I'm an animal person. They look like great dogs.

No not minis. The collie mix is about 38 lbs and the other is a pure bred German Pinscher about 23 lbs. The Min-Pin is a bit smaller and the doberman of course is quite large . Probably 80 lbs or so. I far as I know both the Min-Pin and the Doberman were bred from the German PIn, the original breed. In any case we love 'em both although the German Pin is maybe not for everybody as they are very head strong, want to be in charge of everything, and can get very agressive when threatened by intruders or other dogs big or small.
And yes we have lots of Red dirt, Thanks for your comments The smaller newly shingled cottage will be a guest cottage and probably available for rent next year, by the week. |

OK, not miniature, but small/medium sized. I'd never heard about any pinchers other than Dob and mini-Dobs.

If you look up German Pinschers in a book like "Dogs Annual" they have a long and interesting history. Great dogs. But every breed is loved by someone. I kinda like mutts myself. Thanks for you interest.
