God Bless America (Beretta content)

Got this for about $700 off new as it had a couple boxes run through it. not a mark to be found. I'm generally a 20 and 28ga shooter but figured I'd try a 12ga for something other than ducks once in a while. currently fiddling with adding weight to bring it over 8lbs. stock it was 7lbs 11oz which is a touch light for 12ga clays gun.

It is an Onyx Pro Sporting. Essentially a silver pigeon with plain blued receiver and seriously upgraded wood.

I believe we all make mistakes but I will not validate your poor choices and/or perversions and subsidize the results your actions.

No wait period. No requirement to slip the gun between stations at the clays course. No special license required to buy the gun or shells. No requirement to have police come to my house and verify I have a safe for it. No requirement for justifying keeping it at my home instead of a crazy expensive gun club.

So sad what the ROW has accepted as normal.

two trips to the clays course thus far. bigger heavier gun is tough on those super fast in your face targets but a bit smoother on the more distant stuff. changing a couple things like weight and recoil pad thickness to get a more consistent mount and minimize recoil. coming from 3/4oz and 7/8oz sub gauge loads this thing with 1 1/8oz just vaporizes clays. if I hit them. misses look the same

Yep. We are lucky to have the freedoms that few other countries have any sort of. Your purchase was not even bending the rules. 100% above board. I had an old shotgun that my grandfather bought for my uncle in 1950. It was just a wall hangar, cheap gun. They were sold new in dime stores and hardware stores for 10 bucks back then. The new commercial shells of today were too powerful for it, and I was advised to only shoot it with custom reduced loads. I did not really want it so I sold it to a friend for cash. He wants to decorate his man cave wall with it.
