Boeing's newest toy
Boeing is flight testing the new 747-800 cargo plane here in fresno, due to the light air traffic here.
This thing is HUGE, according to the reports it's 36 feet longer & 13 feet wider than the previous 747. It looks like it's hovering in the sky it's so large. I'll try to get some pics later

Yes, we need some pix!!
A C5 Galaxy once flew low and slow over my house on approach to PDX (or the air base). Blocked out the sun for what seemed like a minute. What a behemoth!

The pilot seat of a 747-8 has a great view when you're on the ground. Kind of funny watching smaller planes (737) from above while they're towed by.
Very quiet plane, although the 787 is the one that will really sneak up on you.
