CA Residents, a great free tool lending source from Edison
My wife found this, you can borrow tools from So Cal Edison, I mean really, really cool tools and electronic test equipment for free. Check out this site. And you only have to be a CA resident, doesn't seem to matter if you have your service with SCE or not.
