What's that, a strip and porterhouse? Yum! Leftovers for the kids and me since mom is out with girlfriends for the weekend.

Here is a pork loin recipe using olive oil, garlic, rosemary paste and whole roasted garlic with a reduced beef stock sauce.

How can you go wrong?

I'm soon headed for an early dinner at my favorite Sichuan place before I go see Jerry Seinfeld perform.

But I did just cut into this made-from-scratch, white chocolate raspberry/cherry cheesecake and topped with homemade whipped cream. I made it Monday night and let it cure in the fridge for five days.

My favorite "you are on your own" artery clogger concoction which is neutralized by the red wine... Alfredo noodles with hot pepperoni

PM me for the recipe

Found some fresh pacific smelt at the market. Dipped them in flour, salt and pepper and lightly fried them in olive oil. Then smothered them in lemon and served them with a very garlicky greek salad. Can you say "poli nostihmo"?
