There was an African born singer called Roger Whittaker a few years back. He had an interesting story. His Parents were attacked in their home by some cross border bandits.
Afterwards he persuaded his parents to move to the UK with him.
Before they left he asked the Police in Kenya if his parents would have to give evidence when they caught the guys. The Police response was "Don't worry Mr. Whittaker, they won't survive the arrest procedure".

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the number plates on those vehicles are not South African.

Maybe somewhere else in Africa, but not SA. Hey, it's a big continent!

Besides, I know of no South African cop with balls like that. Our cops are more like these:
