A good day w/ the boy
Took today off, kids have it off (hurricane day). Slept in a bit, got up, took the boy (almost 7) to the range to have some spoon therapy time together - he had good reports from school all week, my arm finally feels better enough to do it.
Took the rimfire spoons - 10/22 that I've customized for the kids to use, my Savage Mk II BTV, and a Ruger Mk II government target. Shot for a few hours, had some lunch, came home. On the way home, stopped at a buddy's gun shop, he gave Andrew a aluminum blow gun and a bunch of darts for it. So we get home, and we play with the lung powered spoon. He goes w/ mom to collect big sis from a sleepover, I take a nap, get up, go to stats class - I have a test Monday. In all a very good day.

Very cool! Those blowguns have been known to drop a chimp at 50 paces! I love blowguns!
