I avoid the pizza if I can and enjoy the wings!
|
When my ex and I ordered it she would be doubled over in pain within an hour of eating it. She had colitis so maybe the excess grease set it off. We had it once or twice and every time the same thing happened. Needless to say we stopped ordering it.
I have a cast iron stomach and it never bothered me. |
Doesn't make me sick, but then again, too many good local Italian joints in the area, so I don't order it .. Like I say about 25 cent beer nights, I didn't bust my ass while in school to not drink good beer & eat good pizza now, plus, a real pizza isn't that much more..

What is this Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, and Dominos that you speak of?
I am privileged to live in Pizza paradise..., Within walking distance from my house are three passable thin crust pizza joints. The nearest wood fired oven is a five minute drive.. I work in various location in NYC..... Patsy's, Totonos, Grimaldis, Lombardis....the list could go on and on.. Its hard to not find good Pizza here  I had Dominos once, years ago... wouldnt even think about trying Papa Johns or Pizza Hut.. |

even one of my local pizzerias turns everything into water insde of me. something in the cheese maybe?

My high school co-op job was at PH. The pan style pizza does have a lot of grease as they oil the pans before proofing the dough.
My dad would only eat pizza from one place when we were growing up. They used real cheese, as he told us. He didn't do much for himself but this was a treat he enjoyed. No, I don't think he ever ate at a PH. |
My girlfriend and her kid have a things for the Little Caesars's $5 pizzas.
Got four of them yesterday. I'm so tired of them I could puke. They're small, cardboardy, and not very good. Honestly, I think I prefer PH over them. The Papa Murphy's take and bakes are pretty good. |
I make my own pizza every friday night. We buy the dough, cover with olive oil, tamato sauce, italian herbs, provolone cheese, sliced onions, black olives and peperonni. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F. It is way better than any delivery, restaurant or processed I have tried.

I would rather eat nothing than nasty food. Pizza Hut is nasty, KFC is nasty, most fast food burgers are pretty bad. I will eat a Subway sandwich, if I go to McD's I will get a big thing of fries. The wife likes all that stuff.
In'n'Out is not bad, Whattaburger is not bad, I will do the take and bake 'za from Papa Murphy, but will eat a PB&J before most of that. I will do the frozen dough thing as above by Big A, but will usually put more stuff on it, home grown tomatoes, some sort of peppers, parmesan or romano cheese. Home made is almost invariably better, cheaper too, but it is just too easy to buy the dough. I guess I could make it and freeze it... |
I went to In-N-Out Burger today. I love Whataburger. I try to limit those to once or twice a month. Haven't been to KFC in a good 10 yrs. I find Subway just as bad. But I eat badly when on the road and don't know where I am and am in a rush.

KFC is as nasty as can be!

Pizza Hut sucks, had a Dominos about a week ago that fouled me up and now I'm on a course of Cipro.
Last time I eat any of that crap for a long time. |
We love Pizza Hut...was getting a large ($10) to take home a couple of times a week before we started our current diet (lost about 15 lbs). We like the Super Supreme Pan and the Pepperoni Lovers thin crust. Wish I had one right now.
|
The only pizza I eat is from a little place just outside my plantation. Excellent pizza, fair price and the owner is the cook so he takes pride in things and values a solid client base. I probably order twice a month from there.
I had the subway hot pastrami sub the other day while on the road and had to stop in the middle of nowhere to puke it all up about 30 minutes later. |
All I have to say is that you guys are a bunch of straight up pussies..... I regularly eat at most of the fast food places listed without problems.....
|

The fast-food-type-chain restaurants that I have visited in OK over the years: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1288497195.jpg I have also been to some better ones. :D Ian |
