What wrong with my screen?

Any computer guys here tonight? My screen suddently looks so weird. The font is so big. Usually it's much smaller. Yahoo indicate I have problem with screen resolution. I checked my resolution and it is still the same, 1920 x 1200. Text setting on IE set to smallest. IE is version 8. BTW, my monitor is 36" wide screen. Any idea? Please don't tell me my video card is gone.

Is it just the fonts or are the icons larger as well?

Hold down your ctrl key and turn the scroll wheel on your mouse and see if that fixes it.

Garage
Hit ctrl+zero
If it lasts more than eight hours, see a doctor.
