This is beyond sickening. I cant think of a violent enough punishment for these $cumbags.:mad:
If this was my daughter, i'd find anyway possible to get at each and everyone. This is why I couldnt be a cop. My self control would be nonexistant.

I cant understand how any lawyer in good conscience could ever defend people like this.

A policeman broke down in court as he described finding a gang-rape victim in such a shocking condition he thought she was dead.
The 16-year-old, who had been attacked coming home from a school homecoming dance in Richmond, San Francisco, was slung naked across a park bench, bloodied and vomiting while her alleged attackers ran from the scene.
Seven men are standing trial for the sex assault in October 2009 – six, ranging in age from 16 to 43, could face life imprisonment for their involvement.

And Elvis Torrentes, of Richmond, faces charges including aiding the act of rape that could land him in prison for 26 years.
Witnesses told police that as many as 20 people had participated in the two-hour rape, but only the seven in court yesterday have been arrested.

‘She was wet and clammy,’ officer Todd Kaiser, the first witness to testify, said at Contra Costa County Superior Court in Martinez yesterday.

‘I thought she was dead. The only thing touching the ground was the tops of her feet and the side of her face.
‘I went up and shook her and she moaned a little bit.'

He told the court that the victim's father had arrived while the girl was at the rape site, waiting to be taken by helicopter to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.
The father said he had been frantically calling his daughter for some time when he couldn't locate her after the dance.
Finally a male had picked up the phone, officer Kaiser said.
‘The male told him “how good his daughter” performed sex acts,’ he said.
Officer Kaiser's colleague on the scene, Gunnar Googins, testified that he had arrived at the scene just after another officer caught Manuel Ortega, 20, running away.
Accused: Three of the alleged rapists are led from court. Six of the suspects face life in prison if convicted
‘I went over to where (the other officer) and Ortega were, and he (Ortega) said, “I just wanted to pimp her out”,’ Googins testified. Ortega was drunk, he said.
Officer Googins said he had asked Ortega ‘what he meant by “pimping her out” and he answered: “Just go ahead and kill me.” He said it several times.’
The other defendants are Cody Smith, 16, Ari Morales, 17, Jose Montano, 19, Marcelles Peter, 18, and John Crane Junior, 43.

The preliminary hearing before Judge Gregory Caskey is expected to last one to three weeks.

The best punishment is to put them right into GP (general population) in prison, with a huge tattoo on their faces saying "F**k me I love guys" .

Or.... of course if Mr. Ortega wants to be their spokesman, then you could use his thought process and chain them all to beds in San Francisco and have the state pimp them out to other gay men to raise for the state of Cali

Yep, 20 years in prison as cell mates of the biggest meanest dudes. Explain by example the real meaning of rape. Then after 20 years execute them.

Just turn 'em all over to her dad. Let him do whatever he wants with them. I can come up with a few things I know I would do, without even giving it much thought.

Lots of horrible punishments come to mind, but probably best to publicly execute them to send a message.

Hammurabi's code: "an eye for an eye." comes to mind here, where the end result would be these scumbags slumped over a park bench beaten and mangled to within an inch of death.

General population.

OK... If i was the judge it would be life in prison. That's real life not 20 odd years or some other BS.
If the death penalty was an option then I would consider that depending on what actually happened at the scene. Who did what etc.

We had a similar case that happened in Sydney some years ago.
Pack rape by 6 guys and big court case after. 4 of the guys got life and 2 got 15 years each. (from memory)
The fall out from that case has been widespread. They were an ethnic minority and the so called leaders of this minority spoke out saying they got heavy penalties because they weren't white Aussies.

It always makes the news because it's a diabolical act that's very difficult if not impossible to understand.

Now caught beating, raping and robbing co-ed in her own apartment. Caught on video using her stolen credit card.

Why aren't some people for some crimes just locked up for life? Does any normal person anywhere think this piece of **** would ever become a productive member of society?

I don't think they'll do well in Folsom or San Quentin. Rapists are not real popular. This will all work-out...

they won't get what we think they deserve. Some are of a minor age and a bleeding heart liberal will try to get them off easy. Some may be illegals and may just be deported. Frankly i'd like to see them dead...just plain dead.

The courts were not squeamish in their treatment of the serial killer. First he was tortured, and then hot oil was poured into his wounds. Then the culprit was tied to the rack, where his arms and legs were broken. In the end, he was quartered.

I remember when this happened. It was more than 6 people raped her, and there was a crowd watching. It went on for quite some time and nobody did anything at all while it was happening.

I seem to recall they gave her something to drink that had been spiked with date rape drugs, but could be wrong.

We had a similar thing happen here in Houston back in 1993. Two young girls - 14 and 16 - were walking home from a dance, took a shortcut and stumbled on a gang initiation. They were brutally gang raped and then murdered. This happened when I first moved to TX and haunts me to this day.

Needless to say, executions were carried out . This is TX!

That was front page news the day I arrived to Houston to start my residency. They found those girls a couple days after I got there.

My daughter graduated from UT-Houston. Residency at UTMB. I worked for Bechtel near the Galleria and would sometimes drive by her apartment on my way home from work to check up on her.

There is something horribly wrong and sick in a society where people can stand around and watch other men rape an innocent young girl. The watchers are as guilty as the rapists, IMO. Probably took cellphone videos too, so they can take tips for conducting their own future rape acts.

I would go out of my mind if this was my daughter. A bullet in the head is too merciful for these sick bastards.
