OK, who is going to buy GM?

Anyone in at $26 to $29 a share? Doesn't seem like a very wise investment to me.

How does one make a million $$$, invest 5 million in the new GM public offering.

Government Motors

I would not touch it on a bet! I really don't care if they stay in business or not.

Out They don't have to follow the rules. They stole money from the bond holders.

LOL! Touche'. VERY good question.

No, I will not invest...not after the hosing original stockholders and bond holders took during the "bailout".

08 Bullitt Mustang sticker price somewhere around $32K

Current value somewhere around $20K.

Are you a government economist?

Now if you want to talk smart Mustang investment, my old 64 1/2 with a 260V8 would be a good topic. Want to lose money on a Mustang, buy a Bullitt.

Ask me if I care about the depreciation...'09's, which mine is, are usually in the $25,000 range...I paid $30,075 out the door new. Just one large payment...

The value could go to zero...and I'd have lost less than the poor status seeking sap buying the latest water pumper P-car loses the moment he drives off the dealership lot.

Yeah, I coulda bought a 996 for what I paid for the Bullitt & had $$$$ left over.
I promised Cindy no more P-cars when the 911S left here. Unlike politicians, I intend to keep that promise. Besides, I don't want a Porsche...Been there, done that, for too many years.

I'm 67 years old now...how long was I supposed to hang onto a '72S for the viewing pleasure of P-car guys? I figured 33 years was enuf.

This one's a driver...and a well balanced one!

That's the rub. You were supposed to own the car for the pleasure of driving it, not for impressing others. No wonder you've soured on Porsches. You were really a Mustang guy all along. Be happy with whatever you want.
