working out?
 

hey guys, I'm 16 and i started working out at the end of October. i want to have a full 6 pack and a big upper body. can anyone with more experience give me some tips?

good luck. skinny guys have it easy. you have to remember to eat.

Cut carbs, increase protein, weight train, cardio train, and avoid sugar/sodium/beer...

Got a climbing gym near by? Climbing is a serious workout and much less ghey than hanging out in a weight room with a bunch of sweaty guys flexing in the mirror....

At about 23-24 your metabolism will drastically slow down, which means you will no longer be able to eat whatever you want and not get fat...better to prepare for that now with a low carb/low sodium/low sugar and high protein diet if you want to gain muscle after strenuous workouts.
