quick lunch, lemon caper dill butter and peppadew peppers stuffed with chevre, chive stem, leftover from lamb lollipops and A5 wagyu for a dinner party over the weekend. Stuffed a million of these devils by hand, getting a pastry bad for next time!!! Sacrilege, but the lambchops were almost as good as the wagyu. Can't beat marinating in EVOO, garlic, rosemary and thyme for 20 hours or so.

Puff pastry layered with pesto, sun dried tomato pesto, and mozzarella then sliced and twisted up into twisty-breadstick-thingys. Fun stuff!

Stir fried rice to freeze. (not enough egg) The rice was dried out in oven and added last minute in wok to absorb moisture.
