opened my door and 3 wiener dogs ran in.
i went to witness family duck hunting (i had no tags). when we got home, i was bringing in gear and 3 small brown things run by. 3 wiener dogs!! daushunds (?)
2 males, fairly young, one older female. only one collar on a male. it is chaos. 2 herding mixes, one wire hair pointer, one great dane, one ****z shu, and now 3 wiener dogs. i will go to my bro's vet tomorrow to check for microchips, and check the pound to see if anyone left a message. wife is getting glassey eyed already.

Vash...seriously, if you don't find who they belong to? Look for a no kill shelter. Their lives may be short if you just call any pound.

The exact same thing happened to me four or five years ago, except there were only two. They were loose on my farm, starving. The looked very similar to yours. I did the whole deal trying to find there owner, no joy. The local ASPCA folks said that many times when good looking dogs are found as strays they are, "vengeance" strays": people in crumbling relationships will take a former loved ones dogs and drop them. Amazing, I know. Anyway. They look good. A friend of mine was a fan of these dogs, said they were very well bred and has them still out in China Lake...
