Some shapes determined by function? Sad in a way, but all the supercars tend to look alike these days. Seems so to me anyway.

Looks like a 360/430 to me. They should try to make the front more like the Carrera GT.

Yeah, that was my first thought. It doesn't really look like a Porsche to me

Sweet. That'll make making a "replica" that much easier.

I think the "?" in the title is appropriate, something about this seems fishy. For starters, it's on a random car blog, so it's not exactly on Porsche.com. 600+ HP, twin turbo, but 0-60 in 4.0 seconds? More power than a 997TT, more expensive, but slower? Besides, isn't the new supercar being announced in Detroit the 918 Spyder? I thought that was the worst kept secret in the auto industry, and with their recent push for hybrid racing technology it makes a lot of sense.

There's also speculation that Porsche will unveil a new entry-level VW partnered sportscar, ala 914

It doesn't resemble a well set up 944 at all...that's odd.

You guys are retarded. I'm not apologizing for that either.

Porsche didn't render that car. They didn't release that image. Whatever they build will look nothing like it.

Children, I swear.
