How the Internet can change someones life

Sure you guys have seen this by now.

This hit youtube on the 1/3/11 I believe. Up to 4.5 million hits and gone viral.

The Today Show is flying him in for Thursday mornings show and apparently he has had offers for jobs pouring in.

EDIT: So apparently the Cavaliers HAVE offered him a gig and the Cavs owner is also founder of Quicken so he has been offered VO work with them AND they are going to help him with a mortgage to finance a home.

Cool story. He is NEVER going to be a TV news anchor, but radio is made for him.

He could be the next Darth Vader or Batman Villan? He's not that bad looking just needs to be cleaned up and get his teeth fixed.

The internet is an amazing place. It provides exposure for many people that otherwise would never get any sort of break.

Hell to some extent this place has changed my life. If it wasn't for Pelican I might never have joined the PCA, or met some of the great people I have.

1 Get an education that gives you a marketable talent.

2 Get a carrer.

3 Get hooked on drugs and booze and throw it all away.

4 Hit rock bottom.

5 Go stand on a corner with a sign and pray someone sticks you on youtube.

Or skip steps 3-5.
