I'm going to say it is one of many fantastic Luftwaffe designs that never got off paper.
And really, that plane would get knocked backwards as soon as those guns fired, provided it was even capable of moving forward.

Well, it's clearly a computer/3D rendering of something. No such aircraft has ever been built (let alone flown) in real life though.

That is an artist's redition of the Russian K-7. It was a real plane, and did fly, but it wasn't anywhere near as big as the pictures show.
