I think I posted this the last time...

I'm an attorney, focused on corporate law and a fair amount of technology and licensing. Before that I was imprisoned at EDS, from which I was paroled after 6 years.

After reading these posts, however, I've decided I want Kurt's job (pjv911).

I'm a speaker/trainer/consultant with the Ken Blanchard Companies, HQ'ed in Escondido, CA, USA.

I travel LOTS to fun clients like Genentech, AOL, KPMG, Merck, Pfizer, Honda, and Toyota.

I usually can drive up to LA-area clients in the Targa every quarter or so.

Cheers!

C.

I'm disabled for the past 14 years and was forced to retire at that time because of it. I keep busy with several hobbies that I make a decent living at, and one hobbie that I spend that decent living on. guess which hobbie that is.;)

Funny, I worked on the HP3000 three years ago when this post was made. I also know exactly why the HP3000 is going away at the end of 2006. ;)

These days I don't actually do anything.

I got laid off from Unilever a year ago, and since then I've been driving around in the 911, surfing and making excellent coffee.

I've got 6 rental properties so when the weather is not that good I paint a house, put French doors in, build a deck etc.

And it works out OK as I add $50k to a house with a makeover, plus the capital gain (4 are beach front), it makes good sense not to work :)

Another medic here...started out running medical labs for the AF, saw the light and am now a medical planner (like for war). Have been doing this for 10 years now, best job I've ever had. Interesting doesn't come even close...

War....Plan on it!
