Sniper, you can bring your girls and their coloring books to hang at my pool too. You'd like the desert here a lot more than the cities in CA. Joe lives around the corner and maybe we could get Dottore and OddJob to show for a BBQ and really let the trash talk fly.

Bro, had i been posting here at the time of my trip, I would have absolutely opted for the grand tour.

I'm sure i'll get out that way again at some point.

Where are the pictures from the epic journey?

I posted a few in that other thread, but i'll post more in this thread after i'm done this post.

See, now dude, this is a classic haters post. You don't need to participate in my "triumphal return," you just need to shaddup until i'm gone again.

So please....shaddup. :)

If Roses were red and my violets be so blue
It this page dribbled a drible just a 1/2 way of truth........
Then Snipe
Welcome back
Better listen to you then all Leftest FooFoo
For those so Pissed off
go look in their so cloudy mirror
see who it is and the doubts they really fear
They have never fought thy fight
never read the Constitution
never appreciate our military mission
Never seen a tracer in motion more northern bound
never question will I live or die
just with out thinking let the un thought accusations fly
From the left...they say all is OK No Black or White
just Gray....

I was TOTALLY freaking out everyone else at the Grand Canyon because i kept standing right along the ledge to get my picture taken:

Honestly Snipe, they do find bodies down there on a fairly regular basis. Most are hikers who go in over their heads. But plenty are people who posed for photos like yours and lost their balance or forgot there was a mile of nothing behind them. In the summer such stories are in the paper almost weekly.

Scuba Steve 02-04-2011 06:25 PM

Wow, never expected to see that name here again... I missed the repo stories - they were pretty good. Cool pics of the trip, btw.

Joe Bob 02-04-2011 06:35 PM

Note to self....suck in gut before pic overlooking precipice...

Why, do i look fat?

I'm neurotic about my (according to my girls: imagined) belly...don't mess with me! ;)

Thanks Steve.

1 hour 10 minutes til my cutoff.

Joe Bob 02-04-2011 06:59 PM

Tuck the shirt in, loosen the belt, wear an undergarment...it helps...BTDT. Even after losing 50 lbs, I still think I look fat......

From someone who ran a 4:04 mile....

m21sniper 02-04-2011 07:00 PM

It would be very un-hip to tuck a t-shirt into jeans. Trust me.

Damn, now i feel all self-conscious. ;)

UconnTim97 02-04-2011 07:05 PM

come on, it is much easier to conceal a spoon with an untucked t-shirt...or so I have heard :)

Joe Bob 02-04-2011 07:06 PM

Then wear a print Hawaiian or plaid......it's west coast cool. Maybe doan translate back East......at least I didn't suggest tha you do a Marky Mark and sho the da boxsterz....

71T Targa 02-04-2011 07:07 PM

Take care Bill, if you're checking out again I wish you well.

But there really is no reason to go.

It must be, if I were to walk down the streets of Philly in a Hawaiian shirt today (mind you I think they are way cool) I would draw more attention than a dark colored t-shirt and a light overcoat or oxford shirt. I dress for the environment. When in Rome...:D

m21sniper 02-04-2011 07:16 PM

I tucked in my shirt a few weeks ago for a minute to put on my belt and holster, and Christina stopped dead in her tracks and said, "you're not going to wear your shirt that way are you?"

Apparently that is not a hip look among teen-aged hooters girls.

I told her i wouldn't, 15 seconds Andreana walked in the room and said, "you're not going to wear your shirt like that are you?"

LOL....even at home everyone is a critic! ;)

I think they would throw me down and beat my azz if i wore a Hawaiian shirt. :D
