OK, the Oklahoma snow was not QUITE that bad.

I'll be moving pretty fast - Florida business has sucked for 2 years so I have to shake things up a bit. But I rented a convertible to burn up some pavement & get some rays at the same time. Good luck with the 911. As you probably know, mine came from the other coast - Pompano Beach.

It isn't really all that fun... I'm a warm weather person at heart - I've spent much of my life in CA and FL and most of my hobbies are outdoor things (which i simply am NOT going to go out and do qhen its below 50 or 55 or so) but hey... This is where the work is right now and there's family nearby. Those two things more than offset a little occasional inconvenience. I'm sure I'll find myself somewhere warmer again eventually, but for now I've got plenty to do to keep amused without spending a lot of time and energy complaining about something I can't change...

-17 with 8" of snow yesterday, yay! The BMW decided to break so I had to drive the Boxster on summer tires to work, which was nice and scary. On the upside we'll be into the 50s this weekend and the 60s next week.

We are supposed to hit the 70s next week! YEA HOOOOO

It was only -4 on my trip in to work yesterday.

Weird here too. It got down to -5 last night (!) and will be in the 40s next week and sunny. ALMOST cycling weather... Almost.
